MiVoice Conference/Video Phone Device

In order for the MiCollab Client clients to show the MiVoice Conference/Video Phone as available for video and permit video calls, the MiVoice Conference/Video Phone must be marked as available for video on the MiCollab Client Service .

Follow these steps to ensure MiVoice Conference/Video Phone is available for video calls:

  1. Select the Accounts Tab: The MiVoice Conference/Video Phone device will be listed following a successful synchronization with MiVoice Business .

  2. Locate and select the MiVoice Conference/Video Phone entry to enter the Account Details programming.

  3. In Account Details, expand the Phone Numbers section and locate the MiVoice Conference/Video Phone device. Click the edit icon to bring up the Phone Number Details.

  4. In Phone Number Details, check the Video Capable box and click Save.

  5. Save the Account Details and the MiVoice Conference/Video Phone should now show as available for video.

Note: MiVoice Conference/Video Phone devices do not require a license, the device must simply be identified as "Video Capable" as per above procedure.
