The Co-Browse feature is available on the Host Controls toolbar. This feature allows you, the host, and conference attendees to browse to the same Web site together.
As the host, you control the Web sites to browse to with attendees. When you browse the Internet, every Web page you view also appears in the Co-Browse window of the conference attendees.
NOTE: If you co-browse to a Web site that uses dynamic URLs for their Web pages, such as an online form, those pages may not display the same for both you and the attendees.
Co-Browse is only available with Internet Explorer and does not support other Web browsers, such as Firefox.
Attendees maintain control of their own browser and can navigate away. However, attendees are redirected to the same page as the host whenever the host clicks a link.
When the host closes their Co-Browse window, they have the option to allow attendees' browser windows to remain open or to close them. If the host allows the browser windows to remain open, the attendees will then have control over their browser windows.
