Service Information E-mail Example
The following is an example of a Service Information E-mail. The system sends the E-mail after you select a user in the USP directory and click the Send Service Info E-mail button. The example E-mail below was created with the following settings:

Append Do Not Reply Closing Message set to Disabled

Use Default greeting message is enabled

Language set to English

User has one phone provisioned: Mitel 3300 ICP Phone

User has NuPoint Unified Messaging; Teleworker; Audio, Web and Video Conferencing; and MiCollab Client Service enabled.
- If MAS-Integrated Directory Services is enabled and the user is configured for LDAP Authentication, the Service Information e-mail provides the user domain name and instructs the user to login using his or her network login password (domain password).
- If you have programmed the Gadget Service in MSL, the Service Information e-mail for MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing users will include a procedure describing how to download and install a gadget which can be used to transform Google Calendar events into MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing conferences with a single click.
