Selecting a playback ringtone

Note: Playback ringtone is only applicable when you answer a MiCollab Audio Call on your softphone.
You can choose whether the ringtone of an incoming call should be played through Default Device, Default Communication Device, or All Devices. To choose the playback ringtone:
  1. From the system tray, right-click the Client icon and select Preferences.
  2. Under Call Settings > Playback Ringtone, select the preferred playback device.  

  3. Click Done.
