Call transfer

MiCollab for Microsoft Client supports two modes of call transfer; Supervised transfer and Unsupervised transfer (Blind) from the call window.

1. From the call window, click the Transfer (  ) icon.
2. Choose a contact or enter a name or telephone number in the search box. 
   
   
3. Click Consultation Call for a Supervised transfer or Blind Transfer for an Unsupervised transfer.
