Hold and retrieve a call

MiCollab for Microsoft Client provides the Hold and Retrieve in-call feature through your call window.

• To hold an active call, from the call window, click the Hold (  ) icon.
  Note: The call window will display a gray banner when the call is on hold.
• To retrieve the call, click the Play (  ) icon again from your call window.
