Joining a MiTeam Meeting

MiVoice Office Web Application users can collaborate in real time with their contacts and contact groups by using the MiTeam Meetings application. MiTeam Meetings is a CloudLink based multi-party video solution that offers voice, video, and chat capabilities for a complete collaboration experience. It enables users to access features such as:

Collaborate: Perform audio, video, and web sharing
Chat: Hold chat sessions and receive chat notifications within a meeting
File Sharing: Store and share files, and recordings

MiTeam Meetings application can be cross-launched from the MiVoice Office Web Application. Because MiTeam Meetings is a licensed feature, cross launching works only when your administrator has assigned MiTeam Meetings license to you in the CloudLink Accounts Console. Note: If the Meetings license is assigned to you, the Meetings icon (

) will appear in the navigation menu of your MiVoice Office Web Application.

Initiate a meeting using MiTeam Meetings application

To launch MiTeam Meetings application from the navigation menu:
1. Click the Meetings icon () from the navigation menu. The MiTeam Meetings web application opens.
2. Enter your password, and click Next to continue to log in to the MiTeam Meetings. After successful login, the MiTeam Meetings Home screen opens. The Home screen provides easy access to all MiTeam Meetings features and enables you to quickly manage your meetings. For more information, see MiTeam Meetings help documentation.
To initiate a meeting during an ongoing call:
1. Click the Share icon () from the call screen. The MiTeam Meetings application is launched with only screen sharing capability. The audio call will continue through the MiVoice Office Web Application.
2. A chat session will be created with the contact at the other end of the call, and a Join now message is displayed in the chat conversation. Click Join now to join the meeting. The MiTeam Meetings web application opens.
To initiate a meeting during a chat or a Stream:
1. Click the Meetings icon () from the top right corner of the chat screen. The MiTeam Meetings web application opens.
2. A Join now message is sent to the contact at the other end of the chat. Click Join now to join the meeting. The MiTeam Meetings web application opens.
To initiate a meeting with a contact:
1. Access the contact's information screen from the Directory menu and click the icon. If the contact is added as a Tile in the Home screen, then hover over the contact's tile, and click the icon. The MiTeam Meetings web application opens.
2. A chat session will be created with the contact at the other end of the call, and a Join now message is displayed in the chat conversation. Click Join now to join the meeting. The MiTeam Meetings web application opens.
To initiate a meeting with a group:
1. Do either of the following:
  - Hover over the Group's Tile on the Home screen and click the icon.
  - Hover over the Group's Tile on the Home screen and click . From the panel that opens, click the icon.
  The MiTeam Meetings web application opens.
2. A group chat session will be created with the contacts in the group, and a Join now message is displayed in the chat conversation. The contacts in the group must click Join now to join the meeting. The MiTeam Meetings web application opens.
Note: Group meetings are supported only when all the members of a Group are business contacts who have a MiVoice Office application.
