Register Your MiVoice Office Web Application

Before you can log in to the MiVoice Office Web Application, you must register your information with Mitel and build an account. Perform the following steps to register your account.

  1. Ensure that you have received an email bearing the subject line 'Welcome to Mitel MiVoice Office' from no-reply@mitel.io. This is a verification email sent to you when the Mitel Partner selects you as a user while deploying the Mitel MiVoice Web Application. If you do not find this email in your mailbox, check your Junk or Spam folders for recent emails sent to you from no-reply@mitel.io.
  2. The verification email includes a Finish building your account button. Pressing this button takes you to the Mitel user confirmation page, where you must provide details to complete the account registration process.


  3. In the Name field, enter your name. This is the name that will be visible to other users when you use the application. Create a new password for the MiVoice Office Web Application and click Complete after accepting the terms and conditions to complete the account registration process.


    The following screen is displayed on successful registration of your account.



    Click Launch web app to access the MiVoice Office Web Application. After you have successfully registered your account, you will receive another email from no-reply@mitel.io, which contains the links to access the web application, download the mobile application, and open the MiVoice Office help documentation.
