Set Up Your Profile

You can edit your profile at any time to change your name, and your avatar.

Note: You cannot change your email address from the MiVoice Office Web Application. To change your email address, you must log in to the MiVoice Office 400 server manager. For more information, see Configure a MiVoice Office 400 PBX within CloudLink Gateway documentation.

To edit your profile, do the following:

  1. Access the profile panel by doing the following steps:
    1. Click your avatar, and from the panel that opens click Settings. The Settings panel opens.
    2. Click the Edit icon () in the top-right corner of the Settings panel. The Edit profile panel opens.
  2. To change your name or avatar:
    1. Edit your name in the DISPLAY NAME field.
    2. To change your avatar, click the Edit icon () associated with your avatar and follow the prompts. For help, see Upload Your Avatar.


  3. Click Save to save the changes, or click Cancel to discard the changes and to navigate away from the profile panel.
