The Call Using Deskphone feature in the MiVoice Office Web Application can be enabled even if you do not have a MiVO400 deskphone associated with your account. This is because the MiVoice Office Web Application cannot detect whether there is a MiVO400 deskphone associated with a user account. However, the call features do not work unless you have a deskphone associated with your account.
The Call History screen of the MiVoice Office Web Application displays incorrect details if you have installed the Mitel Web Extension. This issue is observed if the MiVoice Office Web Application is deployed on Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browsers.
Google Chrome users in Belgium do not get the correct country code prefix (+32) when they use the Click to Dial feature because Chrome does not support the Dutch (Belgium), French (Belgium) or German (Belgium) languages. Therefore, it is recommended that MiVoice Office Web Application users in Belgium use the Microsoft Edge browser to dial a number while using the Click to Dial feature. They must select Dutch (Belgium) or French (Belgium) as the default language for the Edge browser so that the correct country code prefix is displayed while dialing a number.
