Get Caller Details

This activity is used to retrieve caller details and activity information from IDgo.

Table 1. Get Caller Details action - Inputs
Parameters	Description
Connection	Select the IDgo connection from the drop-down list.
Agent URL	Enter the Agent URL for the target IDgo environment (for example, Production or UAT).
Caller Number	Enter the phone number of the caller.

Output	Indicates whether the activity was completed successfully (value = True) or not (value = False).
