Integrating Mitel Applications

Mitel Workflow Studio supports integration with Mitel Business Phone Systems such as OpenScape 4000, OpenScape Business and OpenScape Voice PBXs to enable administrators to automate business processes and integrate telephony events with external systems.

Prerequisites

Before integration of the workflow with Mitel application, ensure that the following requirements are met.

  • CloudLink onboarding must be completed for Workflow Studio.

  • A valid Workflow Studio license must be available and active.

Supported Versions

Ensure that the connected application meets the minimum supported software version requirement.
