Whispeak Create Signature

Connection

Select the connection created in the Whispeak integration from the drop-down list.

Message

Enter the message that will be played to the caller to create their signature.

For example, “Thank you for calling. You will create your voice signature after the beep. Continue to speak until you hear a second beep.”

Company Name

Enter the company name provided by Whispeak.

Application

Enter the application string provided by Whispeak.

Application Name

Enter the application name provided by Whispeak.

AudioSource

Enter the name of the prompt to be played if the option to "Use existing greeting" is selected.

TTSText

Enter the text to be played to the caller if the option "Text to speech" is selected.

TTSVoice

Enter the voice to be used to play the TTS text if the option "Text to speech" is selected. For the complete list of supported languages and voices for Text-to-Speech (TTS), refer to the Amazon Polly Developer Guide.

ASRTTSProvider

Select whether AWS or Google is used to provide ASR and TTS support.

Success

Indicates whether the activity was completed successfully (value = True) or not (value = False).

SignatureID

Returns the unique ID of the created voice signature.
