CaR0003 - Could not reach OAISYS server

DESCRIPTION

The Contact Center for Microsoft Lync Router is not able to reach the OAISYS call recording server. There could be a network connection issue or the OAISYS server may be malfunctioning.

IMPACT

The OAISYS call recording integration will not function properly.

TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS

  1. Use PING command to make sure the OAISYS server is able to be reached.
  2. Go to Administrative Tools=>Services.
  3. Make sure the OAISYS Net Server is started.
  4. If necessary, reboot the OAISYS server.
