
CaR0003 - Could not reach OAISYS server
DESCRIPTION
The Contact Center for Microsoft Lync Router is not able to reach the OAISYS call recording server. There could be a network connection issue or the OAISYS server may be malfunctioning.
SEVERITY
Error
IMPACT
The OAISYS call recording integration will not function properly.
TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS
- Use PING command to make sure the OAISYS server is able to be reached.
- Go to Administrative Tools=>Services.
- Make sure the OAISYS Net Server is started.
- If necessary, reboot the OAISYS server.
