The configuration wizard attempts to monitor the number of active calls in the call flows to prevent execution while calls are within call flows. Possible causes are: the performance counter is not created, you do not have privileges to access it, or the performance counter has been removed.
Critical
The CCM Configuration Wizard allows the user to continue along within the wizard and eventually get to the stage of stopping services. No more ports are in service at that point.
Ensure that you are logged in as an Administrator on the server before running the Configuration Wizard.
