This is the general error made by the import CSV tool

TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS

Check the following:

• Make sure that the input file is in CSV format and has a .csv extension.
• Make sure that you are not specifying the column names in the input file.
• The selection for either comma separated or space separated should be accurate.
• The number of columns selected and available in the input file should be accurate.
• The column selection order should match the order in the input file.
