Ensure that the correct IP address is configured. You can do this by either reinstalling the Client Component Pack and entering the correct IP address when prompted to do so or by checking the registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\prairieFyre Software Inc\CCM\Common\ and ensuring that the EnterpriseIPAddress is set correctly.
NOTE: On a 32 bit machine the path is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\prairieFyre Software Inc\CCM\Common\
