DESCRIPTION

The application attempted to access the prairieFyre registry hive, but the information it was looking for was not there.

SEVERITY

Critical

IMPACT

Without access to the necessary keys in the registry, the prairieFyre software will not function.

TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS

The easiest way to correct this issue would be to go to START => Programs => Mitel => Contact Center Management Configuration Wizard. Follow the prompts, verifying the settings as they are shown. Once the wizard is complete, the registry hive will have been rebuilt with the correct settings.
