DSS0002 - Multiple media servers with same IP address

DESCRIPTION

Multiple media servers exist in the system configured with the same IP address.

SEVERITY

Error

IMPACT

Media server telephone system synchronization will fail.

TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS

The error message will contain the IP address that is being duplicated. Examine the media servers in YourSite Explorer and correct the duplication of IP addresses accordingly.
