This alarm is triggered when an audio problem has occurred on the IQ server.

Messages will not play successfully from the IQ server to the customers.
Log into the IQ server and go to %InstallDir%\Program Files\Mitel Networks\6160\Logs and open the MessagingEngineLog.txt file. Do a CTRL-F for "eError" and keep searching for the next error until you find the audio error.
