ALM0034 - Invalid Agent destination for callback

DESCRIPTION

This alarm is triggered when an IQ callback cannot be submitted to its configured queue.

SEVERITY

Minor

IMPACT

Callbacks will not be submitted to the queue.

TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS

Log into IQ and go to Manage > Actions > Callbacks. Go to the Parameters tab and ensure that the "Callback Destination" has been programmed properly as the dialable of a Queue.
