HCI/CTI/TAPI Monitor is not enabled in the Class of Service (COS) on the PBX.

HCI/CTI/TAPI Monitor needs to be enabled in the COSA on the PBX in order to use Contact Center Screenpop, UPiQ, Interactive Contact Center, and Intelligent Queue.
Mitel - Select "Yes" to permit the user's station to be controlled by the host computer
NOTE: This alarm will need to be cleared manually by going to YourSite Explorer and clicking on Alarms. Select the alarm in question and click the Snooze button.
