ACD Make Busy Walk Away Codes are set to "No" on the PBX.

Select "Yes" and add these codes to your CCM configuration so you can report on Make Busy codes, who is using them, and how much time is spent on these codes.
NOTE: This alarm will need to be cleared manually by going to YourSite Explorer and clicking on Alarms. Select the alarm in question and click the Snooze button.
