Report Internal Unanswered Calls is set to "No" on the PBX.
Select "Yes" to report incomplete internal calls. The SMDR Extended Reporting Option Level 1 must be enabled prior to setting this option.
Minor
The majority of customers will not need to set this option to “Yes” but there are some business cases where, depending on the reports being run, this will need to be set to “Yes”.
If you need to report on internal unanswered calls:
NOTE: This alarm will need to be cleared manually by going to YourSite Explorer and clicking on Alarms. Select the alarm in question and click the Snooze button.
