ALM0093 - ACD Time Drift In Seconds

DESCRIPTION

The Enterprise Server searches for evidence of PBXs whose clocks are drifting apart from each other and raises an alarm if the difference becomes excessive.

If PBX clocks drift too far apart, reporting and real-time data inaccuracies can occur.

TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS

Verify the clocks in your cluster are in synch.

  1. Open the 3300 ESM.
  2. On the left click on System Properties => System Settings => Date and Time.
  3. If NTP Server is incorrect click Change.
  4. Correct NTP Server.
  5. Click Save.
