ALM0094 - System ID Data vs Config Check

DESCRIPTION

Configuration Check has identified that the PBX System IDs are not unique.

The System ID on a PBX is reflected in the SMDR records in several places. This can be useful in tracing calls, particularly in queue lookups in environments where queues with duplicate reporting numbers exist.

Minor

IMPACT

Having non unique System IDs configured can result in reporting errors.

TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS

  1. Open the 3300 ESM.
  2. On the left click on System Properties => System Feature Settings => SMDR Options.
  3. Click Change.
  4. Set the System Identification to a unique number.
  5. Click Save.
