ALM0103 - Monitor agent ringing state is not enabled

DESCRIPTION

By default, the ICP 3300 setting to Monitor Agent Ringing state is not enabled. This means that when you're watching agents in realtime who are ringing, no change is observed.

IMPACT

Ringing state will not display correctly in real time monitors.

TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS

  1. Start YourSite Explorer.
  2. Click on Media Servers.
  3. Select your Media Server from the list.
  4. Click the Data summary options tab.
  5. Check the Monitor Agent Ringing State checkbox.
  6. Save the media server.
