This issue occurs when the Messaging Service is not bringing a port in service because it is not associated with a Default callflow, and therefore would not be able to process calls.

Callflows will not be available for customers to access impacting customer experience.
The issue is caused when a Messaging or RAD port is not associated to a default callflow. As a business rule at the engine level, we do not bring a phone in service if it cannot handle a call. To resolve this issue and bring the port in service, the user must assign a callflow to the extension.
