This situation occurs when the Messaging Service is not bringing a port in service because it is not associated with the server. It may mean that this device is not processing calls.

If the port is not processing calls, this could result in a poor customer experience.
This issue is caused by the extension's configuration. A VWM extension is required to be associated with a Computer, and it will only be managed by the server it's associated to. If no computers are associated to the device, you need to associate one for the device to come into service and start processing calls.
To associate your port with a server, log into the YSE and take the following actions:
