VWM0005 - Port's Virtual Identifier is Invalid

DESCRIPTION

This situation occurs when the Messaging Service is not bringing a port in service because it is not associated with a valid virtual identifier. A virtual identifier is simply a number associated to the VWM port that the prairieFyre services use to register with MiAudio. This is one of the many factors required to put a port into service.

  1. Click on the Visual Workflow Manager Tree View.
  2. Select Extensions.
  3. Find the extension that is not coming in service.
  4. Unassign all callflows, any computer it is assigned to, and set the extension type to "Phone", and Save.
