This situation occurs when a tap call operation is attempting to find a port, and fails 100 or more times. This also takes into account the priority of the queue (if for example, the priority is 3, and we have been delayed 100 times, this means 300 seconds or 5 minutes of delay).
Warning
Calls will not hear their UPIQ message.
The most common cause of this issue is a lack of UPIQ ports which may be indicated by another alarm (ALM00035). There are 2 options to resolve this.
