This situation occurs when the UPIQ Service fails to tap a call.
Error
Customers will not hear their UPIQ message while waiting in Queue.
This issue could be caused by 2 issues:
Check the golden rules, and ensure that the queue and ports in question are configured properly. If these are correct, then if we see this error and other tap calls are being processed properly then this would not be an error, and only a warning as the tap call will be retried.
