VWM0009 - Duplicate dialable for queue detected

DESCRIPTION

This situation occurs when trying to add a MiTAI monitor to a queue which has a duplicate dialable number on a different media server.

IMPACT

This will lead to inaccuracies in the UPIQ messages being played to customers and can also effect real time and reporting in the CCM software.

TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS

This issue will happen when dealing with Virtual Queue Groups for UPIQ. Duplicate dialable numbers on different media servers are not supported. Change the dialable number to something unique to resolve this issue.
