This can be caused by incorrect Port COS configuration or by user-related actions such as hanging up the call midway through a transfer. To troubleshoot this issue, check the logs for the device running the call flow. If SXERR and feature not allowed exceptions are present, the issue is probably due to incorrect Port COS configuration. This can be fixed in YourSite Explorer.
