When launched, Ignite is not offering a Sign In page. The IVQ panel may display but with no content. In addition, the Power panel and Side Bar features are missing.

The Agent Control module for Ignite is either missing or corrupt. This could be caused by an incorrect installation or update or by corruption of the application. Please contact your System Administrator to re-install Ignite using the most recent update available.
