The service failed to open a MiTAI connection to the corresponding PBX, you would see an SXERR_PBX_NOT_OPEN in the logs.

Users that rely on the Mitai Proxy service like Softphone, or Salesforce will experience problems with sending commands to the PBX.
Check to see which network Adapter IP address is being used to connect to the PBX.
To do this go to the CCM server %InstallDir%/ProgramFiles/PrairieFyre/CCM/Logs/MitaiProxySerivcelog.txt and find the following log line which indicates which Network Adapter is being used: 'MiTAIEngine Setting local IP address to...'
The local IP address should be one of the Network Adapter IP on the PC which can ping the PBX.
This error would also occur during resiliency, in this case this is more of a warning than an error because it is expected that the MiTAI connection to the PBX is lost, in this case, ignore that message.
