Users encounter an error message when trying to export a Forecast to Excel from inside the Contact Center Client or WorkForce Scheduling clients.

Forecast was not exported to Excel.
Verify that the following files are present, and that they are not read-only:

(install dir)\CCM\Applications\ContactCenterClient\forecast_rule.xml
