Description

This alarm indicates the SSL configuration for MiCollab Client has failed to work properly.

Alarm Status

Major: When there is no MiCollab Client service.

Possible Cause	Corrective Action
The uploaded certificate is in the wrong format or is missing the intermediate Certificate Authority (CA) certificates.	Re-upload the web certificate including the intermediate SSL certificate. Check that the certificate is in the proper format. If it is not, contact CA for a certificate in the proper format.
