The Call Logs page allows you to view details of your logged calls.
Call Logs keeps a record of your missed, answered and outgoing calls. On the 5212 and 5215 IP Phones, Call Logs records the five most recent calls for each of the three types of calls; on the Navigator, and 5220, 5224 and 5235 IP Phones, the ten most recent calls for each of the three types of calls are recorded. For example, on the 5220 IP Phone the ten most recent incoming calls are logged while the ten most recent missed calls are logged. The most recent call appears at the top of each log.
The call information recorded may include the party name, number, SIP URL or IP address, the call duration, and the time and date of each call.
Note: You can also use your phone to view, delete or dial a Call Log entry. Refer to each phone's reference guide for more information. See About Supporting Documentation to access the appropriate guide.
Tip: Call log information is saved automatically every 4 hours. If you reset your phone in that 4-hour interval, any call logs generated during that time will not be stored.
Tip: You can clear a message log by clicking Delete All.
