Adding endpoints

When adding a SIP media server, you must specify the endpoints to which incoming calls on the gateway are routed and pass through to the SIP media server’s Inbound workflows.

Note:

Endpoints cannot have the same dialable number as SIP queues or employee Line URIs.

To add an endpoint
  1. Click YourSite > Media servers.
  2. Select a SIP media server and click the General tab.
  3. Under Endpoints, click the Add button.
  4. Under Name, enter the endpoint’s name.
  5. Under Dialable number, enter the endpoint’s dialable number.

    The dialable number must begin with the SIP trunk normalization digit.

  6. Click Save.
