Adding Custom Rules

You must create a custom rule while making outbound calls from Web Ignite so that the number is displayed correctly in the phone. This allows agents to redial to the customers from their phone where 9 is programmed a s the access code.

To add the new custom rule, do the following:

  1. Log in to Connect Director as Support by holding shift+ctl
  2. Enter the username and password on the log in screen.
  3. Go to trunk group page
  4. Select the MiCC trunk group
  5. On the Custom Rules tab enter the following <9XXXXXXXXXXX>x+X.G
  6. Click Save
