Creating Access to the Private Direction

Telephony service > Dialing plan > User dialing plan > Access to directions (3.2.4)

Note:

The number of digits used by MiContact Center must be equal to the number of digits used by DID on the MiVoice 5000 (5 in this guide).

Set the following fields:

Access restriction, belongs to

Area A

Specific numbers

Enter your SIP dialing number prefix followed by the number of digits to be reserved for MiContact Center.

For an example, see the image below where 78 is the prefix and (5) is the number of digits.
