Create DNIS Mapping

  1. In Mitel Connect Director, go to Trunks Groups > DNIS Map > General tab.
  2. Select the trunk group from the Trunk Group drop down list.
  3. Enter 138+extension in the Received Digits. for example, 138116.
  4. Enter a display name for the extension; for example, To116.
  5. Enter the destination of the extension; for example, 116:H.Ext116A.Ext116.
  6. Select Mitel from the Music on Hold drop down list.
