MIVoice MX-ONE
This section provides guidance in configuring MiVoice MX-ONE gateway for MiContact Center Business.

To configure MiVoice MX-ONE for MiContact Center Business, you must perform the following tasks:
- Activate DTMF

- Add CSTA Server
- Configure Route to MiCC Freeswitch
- Configure External Number Plan
- Assign Routes to Destination
- Disable Call Waiting
