User Configuration
- Ensure that the voicemail rings timer is more than the requeue timer in the MiCC. If the voicemail rings timer is less than the requeue timer the customer gets re-directed to the agents voicemail rather than being requeued for another agent to answer the call.
- Set the call stack size to 1 to ensure the phone has only one line.
Note: MiCC support Hunt Groups as long as the members in the Hunt Group are NOT MiCC Agents.
