When you initially access a Mitel application using the Single Sign On option, you sign in by entering your Azure Active Directory or Okta (in Beta trials) enterprise username (business email address) and password.

Note: To learn how Authorized Contacts can configure their Mitel phone system with Azure Active Directory, which enables users to access Mitel applications using their enterprise credentials, see Configuring SSO for MiCloud Connect with Microsoft Azure AD.
