When you initially access a Mitel application, you sign in by entering your Mitel username, which is usually set to your business email address, and your Mitel password.
The following describes the user experience when you subsequently access a Mitel application.
When accessing a web application, if you previously signed in to any of the web applications using the same browser and device, you sign in by entering only your username (if you previously saved the password and it's auto-populated).
When accessing any desktop application, you sign in by entering both your username and password.
When accessing any mobile app, if you previously signed in to the app using the same mobile device, a sign in is normally not required unless you logged out, changed your password, did not use the app in the last 15 days, or installed a new version.
Note: When your Mitel password expires (90 days after it was last changed), you are prompted to change it.
