You can configure individual directory numbers to support direct call recording and/or logging.
Note:
DN settings for direct call recording and logging take precedence over the device and global settings.
When call direct recording is enabled for a DN, the local streaming option is automatically disabled.
To add a DN override setting:
On the Services tab, click Device settings by DN.
Click Add DN override.
Update the options as required and then click Save.

To delete a DN override setting:
On the Services tab, click Device settings by DN.
Click Delete for an entry on the list.
Click Delete to confirm the deletion.
To modify a DN override setting:
On the Services tab, click Device settings by DN.
Click Modify for an entry on the list.
Configure the DN override settings.
Click Save.
