Standard terminals
This view provides access to the phones and other terminals. Here you can create both system phones and system-compatible commercial products. System phones, which you later assign to a free seating pool, are automatically moved to the Free seating terminal view.

Creating and editing a terminal
To display all the terminals of a particular terminal interface, select them under Terminal interface.
To open a new terminal, click the New button then select the terminal interface you want (or the other way round).
To edit the properties of a terminal, click the terminal you want in the Terminal type column.
Searching for and displaying specific terminals
To search for and display specific terminals, enter as filter criterion a string of characters contained in one or more columns then click the Filter button.
All terminals are displayed for which the character string entered is contained in at least one column (see also "Filters in lists").
Modifying the settings for several terminals at the same time with Multi-edit
You can modify the settings for several terminals simultaneously with the same terminal interface. To do so proceed as follows:
Click the Multi-edit button then select the terminal interface you want (or the other way round).
Control boxes are displayed on the left side.
Tick the terminals you want to modify, then click the Multi-edit button once again.
Select a terminal whose settings you wish to modify for all other terminals.
Select at least one object.
The modified settings are surrounded by a different colour frame.
Click the Apply button.
The settings are modified for all the selected terminals in the assigned terminal profiles.
- Grey stored fields cannot be modified in Multi-edit mode.
- Audio settings cannot be modified with Multi-edit.
- There is the separate Multi-edit (keys) button for key configuration.
- Before or after clicking the Edit multiple button, you can limit the displayed list with the Filter.
- To copy all possible settings, click the Copy all button in Multi-edit mode.
Modifying the key configuration of several terminals at the same time with Multi-edit
You can modify the key configurations of several terminals simultaneously with the same terminal interface. You can also transfer a key's configuration to other keys using Copy and Paste. To do so proceed as follows:
Click the Multi-edit (keys) button then select the terminal type you want.
Control boxes are displayed on the left side.
Tick the terminals you want to modify, then click the Multi-edit button once again.
Select a terminal whose settings you wish to modify for all other terminals.
Configure one or more keys.
The modified keys are highlighted in yellow.
To copy a configured key, click on the corresponding line on the extreme right side of the Copy
symbol then add the configuration to another key with Add
.
The copied keys are highlighted in yellow.
Click the Apply button.
The settings are modified for all selected terminals.
- To be able to transfer the key configurations of expansion key modules to all terminals, the number, type and assignment of the expansion key modules must be the same on all terminals.
- Certain key types (such as line keys) cannot be copied. This is indicated by a pop-up message.
- Before or after clicking the Edit multiple button, you can limit the displayed list with the Filter.
- To copy all possible settings, click the Copy all button in Multi-edit mode.
Displaying and editing assigned users
To display and edit an assigned user's properties, click the user's call number. This takes you to the User Administration.
To return to the terminal view once the user settings have been made, click the Back button.
Displaying and editing an assigned port
If the terminal is assigned a port (example: analogue or DSI terminals), click on the assigned port number. This takes you to the interface configuration.
To return to the terminal view once the user settings have been made, click the Back button.
Deleting one or more terminals
Click the Delete button.
Control boxes are displayed on the left side.
Check the boxes of the terminals you want to delete, and click the Delete button once again.
