Call History menu in MiCollab for Microsoft Client provides a listing of all your dialed, received, and missed Calls from/to MiCollab for Microsoft Client.
Note: Call history does not record native Skype for Business application calls.
Note: By default, placing a call from the Call History menu will initiate a MiCollab Audio Call from the Client.
To access the Call History menu right-click the Client icon and select Call History from the system tray.
Call history record include:
- Start date and time of the call
- Call direction (outgoing or incoming)
- Contact's name and number details
The call history record displays the contact name when the contact is available in the Organizational directory. If the contact name cannot be displayed, the call history record displays the number.
